Founded in 2012 by Anne Lauvergeon, ALP was built on a simple conviction: the best strategies are built by those who have already led. From the outset, the group has brought together leaders and entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds from major industrial groups, investment banking, senior public service and strategy consulting.
From consulting to investment, Studio Lab, Sport and Cyber, each business area reflects the same approach: getting close to the leaders we work with, committing for the long term, and only recommending what we would be prepared to execute ourselves.
Over more than a decade, ALP has developed a presence on four continents, built a portfolio of over forty investments, and supported more than thirty organisations from ambitious SMEs to sovereign states.
What began as a consulting firm has become a multi-activity group structured around six complementary business areas, all united by the same philosophy: proximity, commitment and long-term value creation.
ALP remains an independent group, free of any external investor, structured to serve its clients and partners and no one else.
