Our Story

Born from ambition, built on trust

Founded in 2011 by Anne Lauvergeon, ALP supports leaders and decision-makers in achieving their projects. Through strategic and financial consulting for companies, governments, local authorities and investment funds, ALP develops innovative and effective strategies in a privileged relationship with the leaders of these organisations.

We support them through to the implementation of their strategy. Our scope also extends to resolving specific challenges. We invest in innovative and promising companies. Bound by a shared interest, we help them accelerate their development by bringing our resources and expertise with no time limits.

What began as a consulting firm has evolved into a multi-activity group with five complementary business areas, all united by a common philosophy of long-term partnership.

ALP is neither a traditional consulting firm nor an investment fund. It is a consulting and investment company founded by practitioners who have led, negotiated, built and taken risks. This experience shapes each of our interventions: we recommend nothing that we would not be prepared to execute ourselves.

Our Team

The ALP team

Anne Lauvergeon has gathered around her a team of leaders and entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds, forged in France and internationally in leading major industrial groups, investment banking, senior public service, strategy consulting, private equity and venture capital.

Before founding ALP in 2011, Anne Lauvergeon was the Sherpa of the President of the Republic for G7/G8 summits, Managing Partner at Lazard Frères, then founder and Chairman of the Executive Board of AREVA for ten years. She is currently co-chair of the Simplification and State Reform Commission at MEDEF. She is also former President of the Innovation 2030 Commission and former President of MEDEF's Innovation Commission.

Her team mobilises all of its resources, network and expertise in the service of the companies, governments and entrepreneurs that ALP supports.
