This Privacy Policy transparently describes how ALP collects, stocks, uses and discloses your Personal Data when you visit the website, accessible at https://www.alp-sa.fr (the "Website") and/or when you ask for services or information offered on the Website (in the "Contact" section) or when you file your application on the Website (in the "submit your project" section).

Personal data you provide 

If you want to access the Services offered by ALP on certain pages of the Site, ALP is required to collect, directly or indirectly, the following Data strictly necessary for the use of the Services: 

"Submit your project": company name, information on the activity, the target and/or the project website, email, information on income, country, presentation video, message. 

If this information is not provided, ALP will not be able to perform the Services you have requested. However, it is not necessary to provide personal data to visit and browse the Website.

Who receives your data

The Data collected is intended for ALP only. The recipients of the Data are the ALP employees/members authorized to process the Data by virtue of the position they hold (communication managers, recruitment managers and Data Protection Officer). 

The Personal Data collected may however be communicated to third parties mandated by ALP, for the execution of subcontracted services and/or those necessary for the execution of the Services (service providers in charge of ALP's external communications). Before any transfer of information, we check that the purpose of each request is compliant and guarantee the transfer of information strictly necessary for the execution of the Services by the service provider. 

To date, the identified providers are:

• the host of the Website: OVH 

In this respect, it is specified that these third parties shall only have limited access to the Data necessary for the performance of their services and shall be required to use them in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations. 

ALP does not transfer, sell or rent the Data collected to third parties under any circumstances, whether in return for payment or free of charge.

Transfer of your Data

The Website is hosted on servers located in Gravelines, Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie, France. 

ALP stores Personal Data on secure servers located in the European Union. 

In the event that the Data collected is transferred to companies located in the United States or in countries that do not ensure an adequate level of protection, ALP commits to entering into agreements with the recipients concerned to ensure adequate protection of the Personal Data transferred. ALP has put in place the necessary measures to protect Personal Data. Your Rights
